How it works — all customers start with a preliminary evaluation:
- Preliminary operator evaluation — Billed at time and materials. We inspect the system, identify needed repairs, and plan the path to routine PM.
- Complete any needed repairs — Quoted separately. Once complete and the system is in good working condition, you can enroll.
- Enroll in the PM plan — Two visits per year recommended (spring + fall). Billed per visit. $325/visit.
Each PM visit includes:
- Complete gate + operator inspection
- Lubrication of moving components
- Safety device + entrapment testing
- Battery replacement, minor adjustments
Additional operators:
- +$250 per additional operator at the same address.
- A different service address requires its own evaluation and separate membership.
